The Narawntapu National Park covers 4281 ha and follows the coast from Port Sorell to Greens Beach at the
mouth of the Tamar River.
It has plentiful isolated
beaches and sand dunes and the heathlands are covered in wildflowers.
The park is also home
to some of Tasmania's largest marsupials, from Forester kangaroos to wallabies and wombats.
A visitor Centre, park office and full picnic and toilet facilities are found at Springlawn, the
main park entrance.
